"Great choice for a short stay in pretty Coeb. Make sure you have supper at its restaurant as it’s excellent. Waterfront patio good if weather cooperative. Staff here is amazing as it’s a very small inn. "

"Told the staff about issues with the fridge 3 times and still was never resolved. Took 45 minutes for them to bring up our luggage. And the room we booked we never got they gave our room to someone else"

"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

"The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well...

"The guest relations Manager listened when I mentioned that the room we had overlooked a roof ie the view looked onto a working area of the flat roof. Otherwise the stay meet our requirements. The Gurst relations Manager gave us his card to let him know when we next stay."

"Surprised this is a 4 star hotel, facilities are a bit grubby and over crowded, room was small but it was clean. Worst breakfast experience I've had in a long time, more like 2 star canteen than 4 star. Dont like being negative but I expected a lot more from this hotel."

"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. The place was clean although old paint work and an excess of silicon on the shower tray gave the place a generally shabby feel. Then we opened the oven to find the grill pan had...
