The kitchen is equipped with top of line appliances such as an AGA Range and Sub-Zero Refrigerator and has a large island complete with 4 barstools and topped with a beautiful, custom, wood inlay countertop. Light starter provisions provided: Coffee, Water, Condiments, Spices, Butter, Olive Oil, Soda, Welcome Wine and Beer and Paper Products.The laundry area and half bathroom are off the kitchen.There is also the luxurious primary bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub.On the upper floor is the second living area which features a large flat screen tv, wet bar with beverage fridge, and sofa with large expansive balcony and outdoor seating. Relax on 2 sun loungers or read a book enjoying the breezes of the Gulf of Mexico sitting in one of the four Adirondack chairs. The garage is not available to guests.Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
