Cottage 107G is a lovely choice for a group of 2-4 to make the most of an Anna Maria Island vacation! One of the charming Anna Maria Beach Cottages, this recently updated ground-level studio vacation rental is just a few steps to the beautiful shared pool deck and only moments from the turquoise Gulf waters.

Large windows provide ample natural light, making this a cozy and inviting place to relax, read a book, or watch a movie. Featuring a peaceful patio surrounded by hedges of hibiscus and a trellis of jasmine arbor, this little studio also offers a full kitchen, a Queen bed, and a lounge area - everything you might need for a comfortable and memorable beach vacation.

Last but not least, this ground-level unit is ADA accessible and includes an easy-to-maneuver bathroom, equipped with support bars in and around the shower and toilet area. The shower is also equipped with a wall-mounted transfer seat and removable shower head.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental.

The location is perfect! Easy walking distance to the gorgeous beach and a wide range of shops and restaurants. The cottages are cute, extremely clean, and private. Having access to bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was a huge benefit. The team we worked with was incredibly kind and helpful. We'd love to come back!

There was no beach view from the property. Also it is smaller than described (it was described like a two rooms property but it was only one integrated to the living and kitchen. The property manager changed us to another property with at least a separate room for the main bed. Also, interaction through email is hard (they do not use whatsapp, doesn't seem prepared for foreign tourists).

So close to the beach and immaculate property! Towels, wagon, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas provided so all we needed were swimsuits. Only negative was noisy upstairs guests. We would stay here again in one of the cottages vs the multi-unit building.

We loved our stay! Beautifully updated, spotless, and the proximity to the beach access was SO close! I loved the charm and quaintness of the cottages- we will definitely come back. Our only glitch was on our last night, 4 young girls arrived above us and the sound above was pretty loud, but I’m sure that’s rare and it was just one night . You can’t go wrong here- just lovely!

Wonderful property! We come to Florida multiple times per year. This place checked all the boxes for us. No need to bring chairs, umbrella or beach supplies as this place has it all. Private beach access was wonderful. We would recommend bringing your own shampoo and soaps as the property doesn't supply them nor is the kitchen stocked with spices and left over items that other VRBO properties normally have. Salt & pepper is it. Publix is not too far away which makes it convenient to get supplies.Our unit had a covered porch which was a fantastic retreat from this sun.We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter and we loved everything about our stay! Close to the beach along with a pool to cool off in afterwards. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect Location

We did a long weekend at the cottages and it was an amazing time. We were right down the street from the beach, there was plenty of beach gear for us to use. The studio we stayed in was clean and as advertised, it had everything we needed. The hosts were kind enough to let us use the outdoor showers and change in the office after we checked out as we were spending the day on the beach before catching our flight home. Truly an awesome experience and stay!

Loved this unit- Location is steps from the beach and walkable to Anna Maria stores and restaurants. Exactly as presented in ad. Super clean and well appointed. The pool was a plus! This will be our stop for sure next time we visit AMI!

Relaxing Vacation!

We enjoyed our unit very much, it was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We had everything we needed. The location and the 1 minute walk to the beautiful Gulf was just perfect. Loved the little boardwalk opening onto the beach. We were able to walk to a couple of the restaurants as well. The bikes and beach chairs/umbrella were such a plus. We really loved biking around the island, seeing the sights and visiting the shops. We were there at Easter and while biking we came upon an outside Easter service that we were able to join! It was truly a blessing. Thank you for everything!

Great beach hideaway

My wife and I needed a property that was handicap accessible and close to the beach and this property fit the bill! It was the right size for just the two of us and we met some great folks at the community pool. Cute place on a quiet street!
