Location, location

I’ve stayed in a different apartment before with the same owners and can’t beat the location. While not completely updated I love the charm of the older building. Be aware steep stairs to apartment and no on sight parking but ample paid parking nearby. Clean and accurately described accommodation.

Wish I could give 5 stars

I was disappointed by the condition of the unit. While the bed was comfortable, many areas were in disrepair and felt like the owners were not actively aware of the deficiencies. In addition, communication with the owners/managers seemed burdensome on the guest when it would have been nice to feel they were on topOf issues (broken closet rod, shower turned off, no hot water in the kitchen sink despite being directed to wash dishes before checkup.) With closer attention, this could be a better experience for guests. The location is great.

Great location!! Easy check in

We stayed 3 nights over a weekend before Xmas. Friday 20/12/24 to 23/12/24Very easy check in with a key box outside then a code to get inside apartment NOTE: you have to walk up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but just fyi. ALSO: no designated parking so will have to park on the street or in a garage around the corner about 2 blocks walking. Sunday is free parking everywhere. On the street free parking after 6 PM and before 8 AM and free Sundays. Excellent location for shopping and campus and restaurants. Easy walking !! Apartment clean and stocked. Cannot open windows and apartment seemed dark at night bc bulbs needed replaced. Communicated to owner who said he would take care of it after we left so maybe that’s fixed Skylights so natural light comes in when sun comes up. No dishwasher or washer dryer We washed the dishes wash day. Didn’t need a washer dryer so we were ok with that. Very cute decorated. And good communication with owner

This little studio is a great escape in the heart of where Ann Arbor and U of M meet. 1 block from just about everything you'd need, and mere minutes from everywhere you're going to want to see

just what I needed

I was looking to get away in my beloved Ann Arbor. The location across from campus and a nice walk to Main St. was perfect, and both the easy-peasy check-in and the comfortable and clean room were ideal. I plan on staying here in the future and recommending these units to my friends for our law school reunion next year. Thanks for a great stay!
