We were very comfortable! Best shower ever!! The space is so well designed for a smaller space that feels roomy and has all the comforts. We were so close to the shops we go to. It was a very relaxing stay. The host was generous and available if wet had questions. I would stay here again!

Accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Kathy was a wonderful host - responsive throughout the process and really went above and beyond to help with an unexpected last minute luggage “crisis”. Kathy’s home will be first on our list for return trips. Thank you!!!

The property was impressive, very clean, nice appliances, and exactly what the pictures represented. The cabinets were very well organized, making it very easy to find what you were looking for. This property had everything you needed for a restful stay. Kathy is a great host, and made sure everything was in good working order. My family and I would stay here if we were in the area again.

This garden-level unit is absolutely perfect. It has a private entrance and every amenity you could want, a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable bed, a cozy sitting area with a television and fireplace, plus a full washer and dryer.Kathy truly thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked with a full-size refrigerator and plenty of extras you don’t typically find in other rentals. The welcome basket with bottled water and snacks was such a thoughtful touch and came in handy during our stay.The bathroom is gorgeous, featuring a built-in rain shower as well as a regular shower, it felt like a spa! She also provides all kinds of toiletries in case you forget something. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly organized. The temperature settings were just right, and the bed was so comfortable that we woke up well-rested each morning.The location is also excellent, right off Main Street, so everything in downtown Ann Arbor is either walkable or just a short drive away. Kathy was very responsive through the app, and the private entrance made the unit feel peaceful and secluded.I highly recommend this stay and will definitely book again the next time I’m in Ann Arbor!

Fantastic Stay Walking Distance to Ann Arbor

Kathy’s place is one the nicest places we haves stayed at. The decorations and amenities are top notch. Everything you need is there. Great kitchen, amazing spa bathroom, comfortable bedroom and a cute sitting area. Bonus items include a washer and dryer, fireplace and thoughtful snacks. All located within a short walk to downtown Ann Arbor.We were in town for the Arts Festival and could t have been happier. Definitely will return!!

Quiet, comfortable lodgings on the edge of town

This was a great location for us, very walkable and bikeable to both the city and parks and trails. The accomodations themselves had everything we needed for a few days' stay. Cozy living room area and beautiful walk in shower were the highlights. Enough space for a rainy movie night or a light meal, but this place is best served for enjoying the surroundings more than staying in.

A Perfect Spot

This place is so cute and cozy, I was tempted to extend my trip! Sparkling clean and all of the linens smelled nice. I appreciated all of the little details and accommodations provided (ESPECIALLY the earplugs for the trains passing through!) I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable in Ann Arbor

My husband and I were staying in Ann Arbor for a couple of days while my dad was in the hospital having surgery. We arrived really late in the evening and EVERYTHING was immaculate! So clean, so cute, so well stocked! The only disadvantage, which the owners can't control, is the parking. There isn't parking at the house, so you have to walk a little bit. It was beautiful weather while we were there, so not a real big deal at all. But carrying luggage down the street was a bit weird. That said we'd stay here again over and over and over! The cleanliness was the best I've ever stayed at! Thank you for a beautiful place and for sharing it with us!

Wonderful gem!

The apartment was just as described and looked as beautiful as in the pictures. Comfy basement apartment hideaway that felt so cozy and welcoming. Lots of thiutful touches - and everything I could ask for to cook in and not have to go out into the cold! Will definitely stay again.
