"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "

"This is an aparthotel that also has double rooms. I stayed in a room. It was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bath tub in the bedroom, and also a separate shower room and toilet, but a tiny basin with not enough room to rest even a small toilet bag. The shower head worked but leaked. "Great location in wells, ample parking outside the pub. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and cool room (great air conditioning in this weather).. There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’ The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage)."
