Its has a bar and good swimming pool areas (that we unfortunately didn't have time to use) with a comfortable lounge around it (we recommend using it to relax at night. "Amazing villa! Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. "As a young traveler, would 100% recommend. We are backpacking so the pricing was perfect, the room was big, beds amazing, brilliant air conditioning, near the beach and restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful as well. Altogether a really good hotel when visiting poros and we will absolutely come back!"

"The most amazing villa we have been to. Aris the owner was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. We are on a family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday plus a beautiful place for my son to propose. The views are beautiful plus our own private beach. What a place hope to return one day"

"Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. "We were a family of 6 with a 7th friend of one our daughters and enjoyed a perfect time in late July. The A/C and the great pool made the heat well bearable. While the nearby beach was not in the best shape, the house though is a superb starting point to Hydra from Metoxi and to Mykene/ Epidauros and Nafplio. The rooms were clean and appropiate, everything worked well and the support from the Bill & John Team via WhatsApp was perfect. We highly recommend this house."
