  • Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly impressive views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from each of the windows! The Villa and all its habitable spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the young ones in the family). In the living room, they have 2 individual sofa beds. Tourist license number: ETV/5695.



    On the ground floor, we find a huge dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are nearby, along with an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace that wraps around the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private saltwater pool and gardens.



    The property is located in a quiet residential area, but within a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. With countless options by driving a bit, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf, and Santa Ponsa are nearby.



    They have parking available on the same property.

    *This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.



    Rules:



    - Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.



    - Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



    - You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



    - Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.



    - It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules. No type of noise is permitted from 10 pm to 9 am.





    Reservation Conditions:



    - Visitors must pay a deposit of 250 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.



    - Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

La villa es fabulosa, la vista es increíble y la ubicación es excelente. El equipo es muy amable y atento. El equipo de cocina debería mejorarse con más utensilios. Las paredes, tanto interiores como exteriores, podrían renovarse un poco. El wifi es deficiente.

Wir können uns nicht beklagen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die finca klimatisiert ist. Der Vermieter war stets ansprechbar und sofort da, falls man ihn gebraucht hat. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Toll ausgestattet mit Grill, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, großem Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage u.s.w. Parkplätze für Mietwagen in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Mit dem Großraumtaxi ist man in 40 min für 70 Euro an der Playa de Palma. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und dem Verwalter verlief absolut einfach und zuverlässig. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Kann die Unterkunft nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Villa in hervorragender Lage, großzügige Architektur, wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht von Camp de Mar. Sehr schöner Pool, große Zimmer mit individuellen Bädern, Ausstattung der Bäder und der Küche teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Gute Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Resümee: sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern.

Really nice and comfortable house

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s a really nice house with a lot of space, comfortable beds and a great view, situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It’s walking distance to the beach and some shops. You can also go on some hikes right from the house. It’s good to have a car to go on some trips and to bigger supermarkets. However there are some buses. The hosts are great too. They respond very fast if you have questions and give you advice for things to do.

The place is beautiful and a great value. The location was amazing and we could walk to the beach. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house was very clean and the host was so accommodating and quick to respond! It was our family’s first trip to Mallorca and this house’s location was the perfect spot!

Ana and Abdul were great hosts. We had great communication and felt immediately accommodated. I 100% recommend the villa to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday break. We were 10 mins from the nearest shop in Camp de Mar where there were many great restaurants and bars also. Ana was quick to recommend places and order us taxis when we needed them and was generally super helpful. Thank you guys!

La verdad se nos hizo corta la estancia en Mallorca. La villa genial, muy limpia y tal como se ve en las fotos. Nuestra anfitriona, Ana, un encanto y muy atenta a proporcionarnos toda la información sobre la zona. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la piscina y estuvo Ana súper pendiente de solucionarlo lo antes posible para que pudiéramos disfrutarla. Nos ha encantado la experiencia y volveremos seguro!!! 100% recomendable. Un saludo. Todo perfecto!!!
