At the Edge of the Vineyard—The Balcony

In the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, our independent cottage welcomes you in a quiet and authentic setting, surrounded by vineyards, forest and the typical landscapes of the Alsace Wine Route.
Located between Colmar and Strasbourg, near Obernai, it is ideal for discovering villages, cellars, Christmas markets, hiking and regional gastronomy.
Enjoy a stay in a warm atmosphere, as a couple, with family or friends, to discover all the authenticity of Alsace.

The apartment has an independent entrance on the 1st floor of the condominium. It includes a bathroom with toilet on the first floor and a living room/kitchen/pantry and upstairs 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) and a dresser.
The living room is equipped with a TV (orange TV) and a sofa bed (150x190cm).
The kitchen is equipped with a nespresso coffee machine, a teapot, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the basic necessities.
Outside, you can enjoy a balcony with a view of Andlau. You can also enjoy a larger space behind the garage with a brasserie table and barbecue.
Baby equipment (cot + high chair) is possible (if available) on request when booking.

You have the whole apartment (independent access by stairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility) as well as a parking space below the condominium and a garage.
