The house can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, for a stay in complete comfort, in a confidential and exceptional setting. Key Handover:A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive:- between 8 PM and 11 PM, there is a supplement of 20 euros- after 11 PM, the supplement is 40 eurosA prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival. In order to satisfy you best during your stay:- WIFI connection is free- Cleaning will be done- Beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,- Clean towels will be available as well as a bath mat per bathroom and kitchen towelsHouse Rules:This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees. Pets are accepted upon request with a supplement of €60 per stay per animal. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you The signature of a digital contract and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations.
