"Beautiful new hotel in walking distance to the beach right across the road and lots of restaurants in walking distance too. Rooms big and spacious with beautiful view. Construction was going on while there but wasn’t bothersome. Restaurant in the hotel just opened the day before we left with a bar out by the pool. We would definitely come back and stay again. "

"Lovely, friendly little motel style, very clean and fantastic location. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and about 10 mins walk to the pier. Price includes parking which is why we booked it. Service was great, qimmediately after booking they asked if we wanted a parking space and when I responded asking if we could park early before check-in they said yes without hesitation. This meant we could arrive nice and early and park the car for free and go to the beach. As a bonus we were able to check into...

"The property was beautiful, room was spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop bar was a special treat, and the sunset celebration each night was a blast. Definitely the nicest place to stay in Dunedin."

"The place was very clean and well maintained. Beach chairs and umbrellas available at no additional cost. Staff was extremely friendly. Lost of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beach access was right behind the facility. One downfall is that we could not have a later check out time than 11am. Our flights leader later which left us at the airport for 3.5 hours. "

"The staff was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. They also are very friendly. When you stay here you are close to everything dining shopping and close to the beach! Not to mention the carts chairs and towels you need for the beach! My family had a blast both in and out of the room! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s planning a trip to Clearwater!"
