  • Summary:

    You will have plenty to do during your stay at this cozy home. Outside, there is a grassy lawn, an outdoor firepit, disc golf basket target, furnished patio, deck, and gas grill. Inside, the home has a spacious living and dining space that opens to the full kitchen. And downstairs, you'll feel like you're at a local bar with neon signs, dartboard, and a pool table!



    What's nearby:

    Accessible only by ferry, Anderson Island is a quiet and secluded getaway.



    The Space:

    Ferry the short distance to Jacobs Point Park, just two miles away, offering hiking trails, and wildlife viewing of orcas, seals, and eagles. A short walk from your home, you can kayak, swim, or fish for trout at Josephine Lake. The Riviera Community Club is also within walking distance and has a beautiful golf course and a clubhouse with dining options.



    Things to know:



    Guest Access:

    Please be aware that the driveway is quite steep. Please do not take a running start or accelerate aggressively when approaching it. The best approach is to take it slowly and accelerate gradually all the way to the top.



    Aggressive driving can damage the driveway. Any damage caused by aggressive driving will result in a $100 charge to the guest.

Nice house

This was a fun getaway for our family. We came in winter, which was fun to explore a new place, but with the proximity to the lake I think this place would be ideal for summer.

Lake House

What a nice experience staying here has been! The house is clean and in a great location with peekaboo views of the lake. We loved the island’s peace and quiet. We’ll be back hopefully soon and we will definitely stay here!

Must Stay, Fun Getaway, Great Island Town!

This town offers a safe, quiet, very remote getaway. Beautiful hiking trails, wonderful water features both fresh water lakes and salt water ocean as well. I highly recommend staying here. Great house, very clean, plenty of room for a family!

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere

This home is very well equipt with things to do if it rains (which it did for a bit) Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful island and everyone was incredibly nice.

The layout of the house was great for several families with 3 levels and in a good location. Very quiet private neighborhood.

Loved the house!

This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway. Had all the amenities needed and we loved how close it was to the lake. Wanted to book for Memorial as well but was already taken. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, activity filled home!

I loved everything about my stay here! We came with our 3 kids and our dog and there was so much room for everyone! The home pretty much provides everything you need during your stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and we felt very safe. I would love to come back again for another family trip! It's the perfect setting!

Home in the trees

Location was perfect; easy to find, quiet, and short distance to dog park. The house fit our needs as far as space and comfort, but bring your own sharp knives if cooking is a priority in your life.

Spacious, well equipped home

The house had plenty of space for our three families to spread out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed meals on the deck and evenings at the fire pit.

Great getaway

After a year of no family gatherings, it was a perfect little getaway for a small gathering of vaccinated family members. House was clean, property was beautiful. Loved the slow island life, if only for a few days! Will definitely consider for future vacations! Thank you!

Great family get away

Good place for family to come together for the weekend. Dock to lake is across from house. The teenagers enjoyed hanging out downstairs playing pool. Will be back!

We loved our stay at the Anderson Island Getaway! We come to Anderson Island quite a bit and this will be one of our favorite places to stay!
