Tigertown Lakeside Retreat - Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom waterfront home nestled on a secluded 3.2 acre wooded lot. This home is the perfect spot for a family vacations, Clemson events/football weekends, fishing tournaments, or a tranquil "getaway". We are ideally located only 14 miles from Clemson University, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing and Events Center (Home of the Bassmasters Pro Fishing Tournament), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.
This welcoming property boasts 2 Master Suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, and large Smart TV's on the main level of the home. Enjoy the upscale master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, seperate his and hers vanities, and an additional powder room w/vanity and a walk in closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TV's, and one room has a full trundle bed and pack n play.
Relax on the expansive screen porch with an Outdoor Smart TV, Fire Table, Weber Gas Grill, Dining Table, and incredible sunsets. Or, enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room w/ 60" Samsung Smart TV, reclining leather sofa, and comfortable oversized swivel chair. Don't miss the Tiger Den Gameroom for a game of pool, darts, or boardgames with an additional living area, and TV w/Roku. And if you are looking for one more living space check out the loft that includes a sectional w/full size sofabed, oversized beanbag, TV, books and boardgames. The home also offers a home office with a desk, printer, monitor and twin futon.
The kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to entertain or cook your favorite meal. There is a double oven, Keurig Duo w/ 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker and K-Cup, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Blender & Toaster. We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink. The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty of parking on the property.
Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, 2 Person Kayak, or some fishing off the dock. Don't forget to check out our walking/hiking trail through the woods to the waterfall located on the property or gather around the firepit for S'mores and great memories!

*Located on the property is a small guest house that may be tennant/owner occupied. The tennant will not have access to the dock or any of the main house amenities, and will park in a seperate parking area.

Tigertown Lakeside Retreat is the perfect spot to gather with family and/or friends to relax, unwind and make many special memories!

The owner and property were incredible! Unfortunately it rained for the majority of the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the paddle boat or water activities but we enjoyed everything else about the house and stay!

This house is lovely! The screen porch is amazing and our family of six had a great time playing pool and corn hole and playing at the dock. Ashley is so accommodating and a super host!! I would definitely recognize this house.

The house is beautiful and fit our large family perfectly. Plenty of beds that were spread out and not on top of each other so everyone could have some privacy. The lower level game/TV room was the perfect spot for the teens to hang out while all the adults loved the screened in porch and view. The owner was wonderful to deal with and I enjoyed taking to her. We would not hesitate to rent this house again…and that’s coming from a family full of Gamecocks!!! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

This home and location was amazing. There were 11 of us and everyone had ample room. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit after coming up from the lake. The owner had everything at the dock from floats, boards, canoe, and paddle boat. The home is nestled in a private area. We did find the waterfall and little ones enjoyed riding down the rocks on rings. The host thought of everything, from tissue and shampoo in baths, to spices in kitchen. The adults worked on the 1000 piece puzzle in the evening and children played with toys in the loft. We had a request and the host responded promptly via email and phone messaging. The check-in process was the easiest of most we have stayed in before. We will definitely stay again.

Paradise!

This lakefront rental was absolutely beautiful and relaxing—just what we needed. The whole vibe was perfect, from peaceful mornings by the water to cozy evenings surrounded by nature. And the hosts were amazing—super helpful and great with communication. A truly memorable stay!
