My primary goal is to make sure you have a great nights sleep. All beds have a memory foam mattress and the queen bed has an adjustable bed frame that includes a message feature..
This property is located in a good neighborhood and has a little view of the mountains. A private backyard allows you to bbq on the provided grill/smoker and play some cornhole on the lawn.
High speed internet on a secured private network will keep you connected.

It was a nice place to stay, but we thought it would be closer to midtown which is the impression I got from your location description.As an older couple, one thing that concerned us was the bath tub being so slippery even with the bath mat. It would slide forward which made us uneasy. I suggest you get a better bath mat before someone gets hurt.

Owner is very good at communicating! We didn’t need anything but he gave suggestions and we even played cornhole in the backyard during some downtime. Location felt 10 minutes to everything.

My host Matthew, made my stay incredible. The rental is very convenient to shopping and only 15 min. from downtown. It was like staying at a friend's house . I highly recommend this rental. Matthew's A great host and a friend.

Short and sweet

We flew into Anchorage to help a family member load up a bunch of supplies before heading to Seldovia. We just need one night to sleep before hitting the road. This was perfect for what we needed but if we were to stay longer, I would stay here again. Simple, sweet and clean. Thank you!

Alaska Tour

We needed a place just for two nights while we were in the Anchorage area. The VRBO was adequate and the advertisement was correct. That being said, it was one of the dirtiest that we have ever stayed at and we have rented numerous through the years. My wife actually cleaned some of the windows and I don’t believe the house had been properly dusted in quite some time. We are not the kind of people to complain but I would look elsewhere if we ever need a VRBO in Anchorage again.
