Newly renovated getaway minutes from lakes, fishing, hiking, skiing, the coastal trail & beach, restaurants and the airport!

Experience the best of Alaska in this spacious studio. Offering self check in/out for this private upstairs home. Featuring a full kitchen, queen sized bed, sleeper sofa, smart tv and games. Kitchen has a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fridge and microwave. Beautiful walk in shower with a rain showerhead. Shared entry is accessed by keypad.

This is a stunning, large, private upstairs apartment has a view of Mt. Susitna and a gorgeous sunset! Space includes a queen sized bed and dresser.

The bed is perfect for sleeping in! Featuring two styles of pillows for any type of sleeping preference, the mattress and pillows also have encasements and covers for protection and to keep the bed hypo-allergenic.

The comforter is oversized- great for coverage and sharing. It's cozy and a duvet cover is used to keep things fresh and clean!

The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave. Living area has a sleeper sofa and smart TV with casting features. There are also board games and books for your entertainment!

Beautiful Studio with great quiet location

Unit was beautiful and clean. As nice as you could want. The location was great and quiet and secure. The property owner or manager reached out quickly with easy to understand direction and answered questions quickly. The unit was well stocked with pans, dishes, blankets, and even board games. They even leave some smore ingredients out like mints in a hotel but we all know s'mores are better. I would rent this location every single time I came to town if I could. Honestly I wish I could live there. Loved it and high recommend this spot.

Attention to Detail

This unit was exceptional. The host was so considerate to make sure our little kids had toys and books to keep them entertained. There were board games for us to play, and extra sheets and blankets for the futon couch. The TV streaming software was the most user friendly, and the wifi worked very well! The location is far enough away from the city noise to relax and close enough to everything we like to do (parks, movies, malls, grocery). The chopping knife was actually sharp and there were even children's plateware and utensils, so I was worry free! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again every time I come into town for appointments. I think the only thing I wish it had was a nonstick style pan and maybe a small rice cooker (luckily I knew how to make rice in a pot lol).
