Summary:
Experience the pinnacle of luxury at our 3br, 3ba haven in Bootlegger's Cove in downtown Anchorage. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, ocean, and city from our beautifully designed home. With top-notch amenities this retreat is perfect for those seeking luxury and convenience. Located within walking distance to all of downtown's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The master bedroom is equipped with a full en-suite bathroom with a crow's nest nook for reading or working.

The Space:
This is the penthouse unit of a 3 unit Triplex/Condo unit. This fully remodeled space is sure to appease both families and business professionals looking for a fun yet luxurious space to get away and experience Anchorage while enjoying comfortable amenities to make your stay enjoyable. From soaring ceilings, comfy beds, gas fireplaces, large outdoor deck with accent lighting, huge chefs kitchen, this place is meant to be enjoyed.

Guest Access:
There will be a lockbox to the right of the front door by the mailbox. Code will be provided before check-in where you will get your keys to the unit. Park in front of the unit on the street.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building so there are some stairs to get to the front door of the 3rd unit. Once at the door there are another 13-15 steps to get to the living room/main living area. There are a few steps leading up the master bedroom as well as steps to go downstairs to the other bedroom. Please expect steps and carrying luggage up/down.

The Neighborhood:
Bootleggers cove is one of Anchorages most sought after and prestigious neighborhoods for access to downtown dining, shopping, along with incredible sunsets and ocean views. And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping!

Getting Around:
Easy Walk to most that is offered in downtown

This is street parking only (plenty available).

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

Lots of positives to say, I'll try to keep it short.Location is fantastic.The owners communicate very well and quickly. Had all of my check-in instructions sent prior to my trip with detailed check-in, check-out, and property information.The condo is very large and can accomodate quite a few people. Big kitchen. Very nice amenities. Great layout to provide privacy while still having active folks in the common areas.Highly recommend.

The Crow’s Nest Condo provided an excellent spot for our family to enjoy Anchorage and the surrounding area. The condo was fully stocked and immaculate. The listing doesn’t do the location justice as it’s close to a great park and bike/walking trails and downtown. The views were incredible and we even saw a rainbow over the water. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot

We loved our stay! I am local to Alaska but was hosting others who were visiting our state from other parts of the Arctic. We loved the views and the location. The office space at the top is so wonderful! We wished there was a later check-out however.

Wir waren vom 27.2.25 bis zum 3.3.25 dort zu Gast. Alles war top. Lage ist sehr schön. Ruhig und dennoch zentral. Ideal für 3 Paare. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer und ein Kellerschlafzimmer. Sehr viel Platz für alle. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.
