One bedroom, top floor, corner apartment in the middle of scenic Anchorage, AK! In this very central location you are just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The apartment itself has views of the Chugach Mnt Range and is close to many restaurants and stores.

This cozy apartment is newly remodeled and provides all the comforts of home while you are away from home! Sleep comfortably on a queen size memory foam mattress. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress should you need a little additional sleeping space.

Property was a good price for what we needed. It was perfect for the 2 nights before we embarked on a cruise with four adults. It hadn’t been used in a while and had a musty smell. Once aired out, it was good to go and really clean. We reserved the space for 4 people but there were only two towels in stock. The host brought more stuff by the next day and was really responsive. Checkin / out was super easy especially with a late flight into Anchorage.The location was ideally located to several spots including the air port and downtown. At night there were a few wanderers but otherwise felt very safe. This was a perfect place to lay our heads down to sleep and leave luggage during our day of exploration.

One Night Stay Before Our Cruise

We stayed on a Friday night before going on our cruise on Saturday. Apt was clean and communication was great. We took an Uber to town...pretty short ride. It was warm the day we arrived in Anchorage and I was surprised to find out the apt did not have A/C. After talking to the locals, most places in Anchorage don't have A/C. When we arrived back at the apt I was pleasantly surprised that it had cooled down inside. They also provided 2 fans which did the job. We would book another stay if we find ourselves in Anchorage again.

Anchorage overnight trip during tourist season

This property was very clean and affordable. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and dining items needed. Check in was easy and the pull out couch worked well for my daughter. Quiet building.

It was okay-good. Some of the furniture was second hand and broken. One of the chairs had 2 out of 4 spokes missing. It was clean, however. Also, it was on the second floor, which made it difficult for us to get our luggage up and down.

Clean, felt safe quick 7-1/2 stay

Only issue was lack of communication the morning of check in. Owner didn’t realize the day so I almost had to find other accommodations due to a delayed response to multiple messages and vrbo’s chat also kept dropping and I had 3 or 4 attempts to contact the VRBO Chat. This was stressful as our flight had been delayed. Otherwise would stay again, things happen and it worked out.
