Hate sounding negative, but the listing is not accurate in the aspect of ommiting important details. A prior review mentioned that the home was not cleaned prior to arrival, and we had the same experience. We arrived at 3pm and I had not received the code to get in yet. There was an option to contact the owner by phone, which I did, and the response was that the cleaner had not yet come. The POSITIVE of this situation was that the owner arranged for an emergency cleaner to come immediately and they were done cleaning withing 2.5 hours. We did not receive the code to check in until after cleaning was completed. The apartment was clean on arrival. This is MULTI UNIT apartment and there are VERY noisey neighbors above that stay up at all hours of the night playing with their dog. This is not ideal for families with children who are not used to apartment living. For those with allergies, there is mildew in the window sills. The RO in the kitchen, and the toilet run for an extended time after use. This is a dated apartment, but the beds are comfortable. There are a few hangers provided for both rooms. The listing states there is a washer and dryer, but be aware that is is not private. Had to look around for the location of said washer and dryer because the location was not provided. It is very dated coin op, in the door to the right of the apt., so bring quarters, soap. Wifi, tv werent working- owner responded and called company.
