We lost power to both of our adjoining rooms and they couldn’t figure out how to get it back on. We had to use cell phone flashlights for the entire evening to put our kids to bed and all of our food in the fridges got warm or melted. The power eventually came back on around midnight but when we asked for reasonable compensation (we had to take our whole family out for dinner when we had planned on eating in the room using the food we had bought and kept in the fridges), we were told there was no manager on site and they couldn’t authorize any sort of refund. And there was no way for us to contact anyone in charge. Just a very frustrating situation. The night front desk guy tried to be helpful and offered us another room but since we had no lights to be able to pack up our stuff…. Other than that, it was a good place to stay. Just frustrated with the lack of responsiveness…
