"Staff at check in were very friendly. The staff running the breakfast in the morning however, seemed very bothered to be there. Very unfriendly.. The pool was the main reason for booking this hotel, you could smell the chlorine, I’m assuming the levels were high as it was hard to breathe and my kids started coughing and were getting irritated skin after being in for a short period. There is a piece of paper in the pool room for chemical levels that never got filled out in the 5 days we stayed....

I attend the pink tie party annually which has been held at the union station for the last few years so this hotel was perfect as it is within walking distance. The hotel has a great atmosphere and staff were lovely. They have a in house pub which was great if you like to have a social life without going far. Just don’t serve the Guinness cold please!
