"Great stay overall, nice big rooms"

"When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

"Clean friendly staff, breakfast was excellent "

"Noise policy was questionable. Awake from 2-5 am because of room next door returning from casino and yelling for 3 hours. Front desk was not helpful. "

"The hotel has easy access to I-84 and a number of good local restaurants. The breakfast bar had 2 omelette options plus sausages, cereals, and cinnamon buns. The coffee was especially good. This was our second time stopping at this hotel on our way home from Pennsylvania."

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"The bathroom door was not closing while in the shower. We notified staff in which they instructed us to only put towels, and they were unable to switch our rooms as this apparently is a common occurrence. My mother is older and could’ve slipped."
