This charming little house is located at:

- 1 min walk from the Hortillonnages
- 4 min walk from the Parc St Pierre
- 8 min walk from the lively ST LEU
- 9 min walk from the train station
- 12 min walk from the Notre-Dame d'Amiens cathedral

Renovated Amiens house (not accessible with reduced mobility). The first floor includes a pretty living room with a lounge/dining area for 4 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with a built-in washer-dryer).

Tassimo coffee maker available.
A few coffee capsules and tea bags are offered. Enjoy!

The floors are composed of two beautiful bedrooms and a functional bathroom:
- Bedroom 1 "relaxation": double bed 140x190, office area / dressing room and whirlpool bath hammam / led corniche (on the 1st floor).
- Bedroom 2 "head in the stars": double bed 160x200, office space / storage and magnificent starry sky / led cornice (on the 2nd floor).PGJyPgPGJyPg
A baby / child travel cot is available on request.PGJyPg
Air coolers are available in each of the bedrooms upstairs and in the attic. You can add ice cube squares to the water tank of air coolers for a better feeling of freshness (you can find them in the kitchen fridge).

Bathroom with shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

GUEST ACCESS:
Entire accommodation accessible 24 hours a day and reserved for travellers. The access key is provided in a key box.

As this is an old Amiens that has been renovated, the existing stairs are quite steep.

- "YOU ARE MY FIRST AND MY LAST LOVE" FORMULA: Basic rental + 1 bottle of champagne + "Valentine's Day" type decoration (Supplement to be paid: + 80 EUR)
