Room I reserved was no longer available due to maintenance issues. Since I booked thru expedia I was told they had no means to contact me. I was offered a king sized bed with roll away instead of the two queens I reserved I did not pay almost $200 to sleep on a rollaway. The room we received was fine. Two breakfast vouchers were issued to compensate. Soap and bodywash dispensers were mixed up and after calling the front desk the lady told me to just switch them out myself which I wasn‘t able to the were stuck. Frontdesk person was not very approachable at check in she just shuffled thru a binder for a while until I asked her what the issue was that‘s when I was told the room was no longer available. It could have been handled better.
