The Space:
Welcome, Cyclone Fans! Prepare for the ultimate game day experience in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb! Situated steps away from Jack Trice Stadium, Hilton Coliseum, Rieman Gardens, and Stephens Auditorium, our location is perfect for your Ames weekend getaway and all things Iowa State Cyclones!

Relish in the convenience of off-street parking, along with the comfort of three generous-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sunlit living room, and great backyard provide everything you need for a memorable stay.

Explore the local dining scene nearby with Stomping Grounds, Pizza Pit, Macubana, or Cafe B just a short stroll away. We're confident that your time at our Ames abode will be nothing short of fantastic. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!

RULES

1. Off-limits Areas:
Please refrain from accessing the supply closet + unfinished basement.

2. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property- indoors and outdoors.

3. Parties and Gatherings:
Social gatherings NO larger than 12 people are permitted, but please avoid loud or disruptive music. We have owner-occupied neighbors. NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED.
4. Noise:
Neighborhood quiet hours run from 9:00PM through 8:30AM. No loud noises during this time.

5. Trash:
Garbage can can be found at the back of the home. Garbage day is at 4 am every Tuesday; please take It out Monday night.

6. Digital Key:
For security, please refain from sharing your code. Lock the door securely. If you have issues with the digital key, contact us on Airbnb for help.

7. Parking:
Guests should park only in the driveway.

8. Pets:
If guests wish to bring a dog, they must obtain prior approval and adhere to any specified pet policies, including additional cleaning fees.

9. Damages:
Guests are liable for any property damage or broken Items and will be charged for repair or replacement.

10. Fire Safety:
Guests should familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and any other fire safety equipment provided. Open flames, such as candles, are NOT permitted.

Beautiful home and we loved the back patio and yard. We had trouble finding the property, I called the number available to us and no one called back. Lots more info is needed as the street that it’s on curves with a number of choices. The house is across from a small park with swing set and the closet corner is: Agg and Keeley (?) not Country Club Blvd. Google Maps took us in a fox hunt! I would also provide a couple of salad serving bowls! Other than that, We really did love staying there. It was a very sad time for us and we really did have some fun! Thank you for the comfort and cleanliness.

Comfortable and Convenient Cottage

We stayed at this property for a week with our family and it worked out perfectly for our group of six. The neighbourhood is lovely and it is very convenient to most things in Ames. We enjoyed using the backyard bbq and hosted extended family one evening. The bedrooms are a good size and the living space worked well for us too. It was very clean on arrival and the agent was very responsive when we requested a couple of items during our stay. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped but we did find it was missing some needed items. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely look to book again if visiting Ames in the future.

Great neighborhood!

Loved the neighborhood, wonderful for evening walks every night of our stay. We had a great time with three college friends here for the National Senior Games, it was a perfect location to be close to all the universiy athletic facilities. Would highly recommend.

Cute home within walking distance to Iowa State

Our family of three stayed in this home while attending Iowa State orientation. It was the perfect location - within walking distance to campus - and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The home was well stocked and clean and had everything you need when away from home. The host is very responsive and helpful and supplied lots of local information. We will definitely stay at this property in the future when we visit Ames again!

Great family space

This was our home base for graduation weekend and it worked out fabulous. The home was well equipped and spacious enough for 3 couples plus guests who stopped by to celebrate. We took advantage of the fire pit and the cold weather to make some s’mores.

Gouse very clean and cozy. Older home so understandable, but water pressure and hot water had trouble keeping up with showers for family of 5. Great location and parking. Loved being able to take our small dog with us.
