"Great location in the heart of Historic Savannah, just steps away from many restaurants, shops, tours, etc. East Bay Street is right outside your window and the river front/River Street is just a block away. "For being an old building, it was great. Service was excellent. I loved the wine and cheese reception each night! Breakfast was wonderful. Valet brought our bags up and have us a history on the hotel! I didn't sleep at all but I think that's related to the paranormal aspect of this place, which also is awesome! Overall loved"

"Wonderful "historic" home in a great part of town (midtown, just off Forsyth Park-we highly recommend staying in this part of town which is quiet and convenient). Owners did a great job of adding modern conveniences to the 19th century building making the experience comfortable while getting the feel for the character of Savannah. Staff was friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. We especially liked the second entrance to our room which led out to an expansive balcony."

"Godley Manor made our stay in Savannah a joy. After all of our daytime travels it was like returning home. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful making for a wonderful start of the day. Our host was easily reachable and made sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. We would definitely stay here if ever visiting Savannah again. We have told everyone if they visit Savannah to stay at Godley Manor."

"This inn is in a great location. You can walk to a lot of fun places. You also get a discount at the restaurant below which serves breakfast and lunch. And you get a free beer or glass of wine at the adjoining bar. The room was clean and pretty. "

"Abigail, the Innkeeper was the star of our stay! She communicated throughout our day of arrival and we became quick friends!
