"Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed the hotel. "Parking was a bit difficult and cost $18 per night. The hotel is clearly converted from older days, with a funky small elevator. The hallway was charmingly decorated with old movie star framed portraits and there were beautiful stain glass windows and chandeliers downstairs. The coffee and sweets shop next door was a necessity because there is NO coffee or tea served at the hotel or in the rooms. We had to get dressed and go next door in the morning. "Nice property. The layout of the room was a little awkward in that there was a large empty space that probably could've used some sort of seating area, and also the bathroom door and room door opened into each other and the bathroom door has a hinge that defaulted to closing the door, which served to trap moisture in the bathroom. Only being nitpicky because Loews are otherwise so consistently well done. Was a perfectly fine hotel! "

"Great staff. They remembered everyone by name. Helpful with luggage. Remember to request 1st floor if disabled. There are stairs from parking lot and all floors. There is a small elevator on the outside entrance to get you up and down those stairs to the lobby and the rest of the resort. Free snacks, ice cream, non alcolholic drinks, 24 hot heated pool, popcicle hotline and breakfast were wonderful amenities. "

"Customer service was excellent they really made you feel important as a guest. Hotel is beautiful and you need to take some time to explore. Great location, central to everything you would want to see in the area. We are definitely going to come back for a longer stay. "
