"Few issues with room that were handed poorly. Reported running toilet, safe that didn't close properly. Still not fixed day 2 - maintenance said "I fixed safe and didn't see a leak in toilet". (Then WHY would toilet run for 25 or 20 seconds every 10 minutes??). Then we had a leaky fire sprinkler dripping on the bed. Too many issues for what seemed like a pretty new hotel."

"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"We couldn’t understand the counter person. Homeless people all over the property even inside the lobby. I was scared the whole time. Room needed a good deep cleaning and smelled like mildew or mold. Very unsafe hotel especially if you have children "

"The breakfast consisted of sausage ,scrambled eggs , and tiny potatoes cooked as is . No seasoning etc . The beds were hard . If you drive to the hotel you can park outback near your room. But if you come by uber its hard . You have to drag your suitcases down a flight of stairs outside. It’s even worse when checking out . Then your dragging them upstairs. Its an older hotel . But for the Money, not too bad . The bath towels are rough snd thin . The morning front desk guy couldn’t be bothered to...

"Our stay was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city. The host stay incontact with us making sure everything was going well, which was amazing. You have enough space for the entire family plus some. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay. We would definitely book again."

"The outside is nice looking In a less-than-desirable area of town No breakfast, but it does say only tea and coffee in the common area The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, clean rooms, no bugs, dead or alive Rooms were clean The lobby and front desk were clean "

"The good, my room was clean. The bad, crackheads all over the property, the plumbing was was in disrepair. Thankfully the 3 policemen showed to deter the problem for a little bit, but like flies, they all came back. "

"The room seemed nice, although the hall to get to the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was pretty clean until I got up in the morning and noticed someone else's socks were in the sheets at the end of the bed. The area did not feel very safe to me. We were fine though. There were cameras on the property, and on the cars so it was fine. Police stayed in the area-next door and the gas station across the street at night. All staff was very friendly and accommodating."
