"Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location.
It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub.
Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work."

"The toilet flush wasn’t working very well. No amenities at this location. We stayed 2 nights for the Fargo marathon, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was great to keep food cold and heat it up quickly. Location was great for our shuttle at Scheels arena!"

"The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. "Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order."

I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not."

Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues.

"Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back."

"I would have given a worse review but the price was low so that’s important to remember. The non-smoking room had been smoked in quite a lot, the previous occupant removed the smoke detector. The floor was not vacuumed and was almost grimy. The bed sheets were clean but both mattresses should have been replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a can of Lysol and cleaned all the flat surfaces, toilet, bathroom floor, shower, etc.
I pulled out the window heat/ac filters and cleaned...
