"Its was a really neat and well decorated hotel. It was VERY quiet when we were there. We only saw 2 other people despite the parking lot being full. I do wish it had a continental bkfast but each suite has a kitchen so really no need i guess. The lighting in the sitting area in room needs improvement. Other than that it was great. Enjoyed our one night stay. "

"Yes; everything was very clean and staff was continually cleaning while we were there. My mother got really sick overnight from a stomach bug and the staff was very helpful and accommodating for extending our check out trying to get care for her. Such a friendly staff and service was excellent! 💯 recommend and will stay here on my next visit to Raleigh-Cary area. Thank you!"

"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. After traveling over 15 hours, we arrived around 9:30 pm, so we were very tired and the last thing we wanted to do was complain. "This was a clean, minimalist property. Outside and inside seating limited. The room was clean overall. Some dirt on outside of shower. Inside shower was spotless. Best shower I have had in a long time. Very limited in kitchen supplies. Sofa was a little uncomfortable. Bed was good, but pillows were awful. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Quite a bit of road noise. We stayed at front of property; back is probably better. McDonalds and Sheetz within walking distance. The breakfast...

"Hotel was very clean. There were signs of an old building refurbished, like the low-feeling ceilings and painted over bumps in the trim, a patch of plaster on the bathroom wall where something had once been, but everything was very clean. There were lots of grab bars around the tub in our ADA accessible room, but no shower seat. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an extra charge when we booked, which has not been the norm with our Holiday Inn Express experiences...

"When I checked in I was enformed the elevator was broken and had been for about 2 weeks. I was placed on the 3rd floor with no assistance in getting all my luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was filthy and smelled of marijuana. The last 3 days of my stay the hot water was out and the hotel was not sure when it would be fixed. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Hopefully new management can come in to improve standards."
