Casa Ritalemmà is located in Amalfi, a quarter of an hour's drive from the center of Amalfi.
Unlike the town center, here you will have peace and quiet, you will be close to nature and with easy free parking less than 100 meters from the house.

The location of the house is perfect if you plan to visit the entire Amalfi Coast but also Pompeii, Naples and Herculaneum.
The house is perfect for hosting up to 6 people.

The house can be reached by walking 40 comfortable steps from street level.

The 100m2 apartment, fully air conditioned, has a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a laundry room. All rooms, except the bathrooms, have direct access to a terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table and bench made of locally produced lava stone and sunshades.

The very large eat-in kitchen has a table for 6 people, there are all the appliances you could need (induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer).
You will have magnificent local ceramic dishes, pots and everything you need to cook whatever you want.

The living room is very large and bright, with a very comfortable sofa bed (to comfortably accommodate 2 more people) and a Smart HD TV. There are also two tables that can be used as a workstation.

The master suite is very spacious and has a very comfortable Queen size double bed that we have provided with a topper to ensure our guests a high quality of sleep.
The second bedroom can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, the beds in this room are also equipped with toppers.
Both bedrooms are equipped with very large wardrobes, perfect for storing your personal effects.

The bathrooms are both complete with toilets and shower, and furniture to store what you prefer.

We will provide 3 towels to each of our guests.

Outside there is a laundry room with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You will appreciate the magnificent ceramics present in the apartment (thanks to an agreement with local producers you will have a discount if you decide to buy ceramics from them).

There is a safe.

As a small welcome gift you will find a welcome box.

We give our guests the opportunity to access our structure at any time of the day (provided it is clean) without any extra payment, thanks to self check-in accessing our house will be easy and convenient.

We are available to help all our guests with advice on what to visit here on the Amalfi Coast and to live some of the most traditional and unmissable experiences (cooking class, boat trip, wine and lemon tour and much more).

An amazing stay in Amalfi - Incredible host!

Okay, I generally do not do surveys. However, our stay in Amalfi was amazing! The home is beautiful, with an incredible view of the sea and surrounding area. While the accommodations were very nice, I must say that the service from our host(s) was nothing short of exceptional!! I had regular communication with Mario before and during the visit. This interaction was very comforting, as this was our first visit to the Amalfi region. Any time I had a question or request, Mario responded incredibly quickly. And talk about going above and beyond! One evening we had difficulty finding a transfer (taxi) to a local restaurant. Mario tried to help arrange, but when no one was available, he came to the apartment and drove us to the restaurant himself!! And one other smaller item, but also impressive. We were running short on some bathroom supplies during our last day / evening. So I contacted Mario, and within a couple of hours, the supplies "miraculously" arrived on our doorstep! I would highly recommend this host and property to anyone who wants to visit a lovely region, and get the best customer service ever. Ciao

Excellent stay in Amalfi!!!

Ciao, My family and I had an excellent stay at this property located at the near-top of the mountain overlooking the sea. The views were breathtaking and with such quietness one can thoroughly enjoy the nature at its best. We had a rental car so getting in and out from there wasn’t a problem. Though the location is at the top grocery stores and other restaurants are accessible within 10 minutes. The local bus option exists for those who don’t want to rent a car. The property is very well maintained and all amenities exist. The neighbor below are nice and helpful people too if happen to interact, I did. The host (Mario) was very helpful and his communications were very prompt on phone /WhatsApp. We plan to stay at the same place when we visit next time! Gratzi.

Fantastic apartment, great view and hosts!

My spouse and I stayed at this apartment for a few days on our trip to Amalfi. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the view was stunning. As a warning, you probably need a car if staying here, or be ready for some longer walks and public transportation. The good news is that there is free on-site parking a few steps away. One of our favourite parts of our stay though was our hosts - by far the best and friendliest we have had in any of our stays anywhere. If you do decide to stay here, you also must visit the host's ceramic store/cafe/bar which is a quick drive away and you will be treated with even better views with some great souvenirs. If you are looking for a nice place outside of the city, this place definitely needs to be top of your list.

First Time in Amalfi

This was our first time in Amalfi so we were not sure what to expect. I wanted a good view of the water and this property for sure delivers that. Overall the apartment was very spacious and clean. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms so that my daughter had her own bathroom. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything that you would need. The market/grocery store situation was a bit challenging and getting around was also challenging. The owner did suggest that we rent a car but there is honestly no way that we would have felt comfortable driving on those streets, especially at night. Public transportation was a bit scary to say the least and the Taxi drivers were even worse. We did take the buses but it was challenging to figure out the system and we often had to stand on the buses which was very difficult. This property is for sure off the beaten path so you will not be able to walk to any restaurants so plan on public transportation or find a good driver. We ended up hiring the driver that picked us up in Napoli. He was awesome and made us very comfortable. His company is called Amalfi Coast Dream Tours - Gianni.

Great view of the sea...

The apartment was terrific. Everything was as expected. Adding a bit of "Heat" in the morning was a big help. You warned us about the "40 Steps", so no surprise there. But the roads are AWFUL. Narrow, winding, and treacherous!!! And good luck if you meet a BUS, going the opposite way....

Beautiful spot with a stunning view

This was a clean and spacious apartment. Beautiful spot and helpful host provided clear directions on finding the place. As described, the apartment is not in the middle of a town, so one must drive/walk to access groceries/shops. Beds are very firm, but not unlike many European beds. Truly delightful place with FREE and available parking very closeby---BIG advantage on the Amalfi coast!

Great views clean house. Had a small issue with the location of the property on the listing as different from the location of the actual house. Only one of us got lost on the way there. Sabatino was a gracious host and very helpful as the property is up on the hill and a not an easy walk to Amalfi. He was always willing to pick us up if needed. We took transit into town very easy and the people were very nice. The views from the apartment were spectacular.

Sabatino, the host, is excellent. Everything you need, he’s there to help you.

Fantastic apartment, with everything you and your family needs, with a magical view to the ocean. Preferible to have a car, however to drive in so narrow streets will be a huge challenge for a foreign driver. I did not rent anyone, but depends a lot on bus timetables.

Lovely stay around Amalfi coast

The property is very big. Well equipped with car parking available which is a must as nothing is really accessible by foot. From the property there is a lovely view of the sea but little else. The location for us was great as we had a car only 30 min from Amalfi town and 45 min from Prositano. All in all excellent stay. The property owner Sabitino was most helpful and kind he took us to Amalfi on a day we wanted to get the ferry to Capri. He did not mind us contacting him if we had questions and was overall a wonderful host. Can not fault the overall experience.

Great setting and owner

We loved our stay with Sabatino. The home is clean and very quiet. You will need a car or driver. With that said, it was lovely to get away from the crowds. The cliffs and landscape are strking. Sabatino was a great host. We had 2 sick children and he helped us get into his own doctor. Thanks so much Sabatino!

Great for families

Sabatino was a great host. He was very helpful, always available to answer questions, helped us when we got lost (twice), and even carried our luggage up and down the steps for us. The place worked great for our family of 5. They also have built in power adapters (not converters) in the walls. The view is amazing too! Overall it was a great place for us to stay and would come back here. Thank you for all your help Sabatino!

Amazing

This place far exceeded our expectations. Having never been to Amalfi before, we got a little lost when first arriving. Sabatino to the rescue! I called Sabatino who put me right. Upon arriving, Sabatino even carried our very heavy cases into the house. It was appreciated after a very long day! The house is excellent with amazing views. It is very peaceful. We sat many times on the balcony - lovely. Sabatino has been the most helpful host I have ever encountered, after staying in many properties. The amount of advice and help provided, during our stay the way was invaluable. All in all, I cannot fault our stay. It's worth staying just to meet Sabatino - the most gracious host ever! Jeff

Stunning view on the Amalfi coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is indeed a bit far from Amalfi itself, but this means a bigger apartment, ample parking space--you'll need a car if you want the freedom to explore all the beauty the coast has to offer--an awesome view on the sea, and fast access to Conca dei Marini, one of the best spots to go to for a refreshing dip in the ocean. Sabatino, the owner's cousin will welcome you and will provide you with all sort of information on things to see and places to go to, and maybe will even give you lift when you need it.

The apartment was perfect! It was roomy; well located to visit many towns along the coast.

très bel appartement , avec un balcon de presque 20 mètres avec une vue sur la mer sur toute la longueur.. très bien équipé , d'une propreté parfaite, au calme. En revanche il faut une voiture car les bus sont rares à TOVERE...il faut faire 2 kms pour rejoindre l'arrêt sur la route d'AGEROLA ..ça se fait sans problème quand on aime marcher. Mais le plus appréciable est encore la gentillesse de Sabatino qui vous appelle la navette du restaurant et est à votre disposition si vous avez un problème. vraiment très belle adresse.

Large apartment with stunning views of the Amalfi coast

Firstly the photographs do not show the true size of the apartment, which is huge. We stayed recently and were really impressed. Stunning views from every room. We didn't hire a car, which was advised but used buses and ferries. Our children are older, so on a couple of occasions we walked to Amalfi and Conca do Marini. There were a lot of steps but stunning views. We mastered the bus timetables, each trip was exciting 😂. We enjoyed using public transport (we like 🍷 at mealtimes) but can understand why some people including the host would recommend a car. We visited Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri,Ravello, Furore, Positano, Pompei, all amazing. Sabatino, was our support in Amalfi. He explained the transport and checked up on us. He recommended a restaurant to us, which sent a courtesy car to pick us up and drop us off. The restaurant was in a fantastic position, with amazing views. It had an extensive menu where you could get a huge steak for 11€ and pizzas from 5€ cheaper than any restaurant in Amalfi and our best meals of the holiday and dropped off at your door. What can I say sunshine, amazing apartment, fantastic support and the best views you could ask for. Hence 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Lovely place

Our family of four loved this place! Perfect with kids, lots of room to play and a quiet and calm environment. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent a lot of nightly hours admiring the view. Location is perfect for experience the Amalfi coast. Car is preffered and to have a private parking is worth alot! Paola and Sebatino helped us out in a wonderful way, sugesting places to go to, places for grossery shopping and so on. Hope to get back here in the future!

Lovely Place

This was a very comfortable and large apartment. It had every item that was needed. Beautiful views of the sea and very nice neighbors. Amalfi as a whole is a very friendly place. The walk into town was very nice with gorgeous views at every turn. Be sure to research the walking trails prior to going and make sure that you have the bus stops researched if you are not driving yourself. I would recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing holiday, the appartment was great!

Our family of 4 stayed in the appartment for a week. It was great! The service provided by the owners was superb starting from booking request until the very end of our vacation. Owner Paola replied to our emails very fast and gave us all the information needed. We were welcomed by owners cousin Sabatino and it was a great pleasure to communicate with him. Salluti della nostra familia!:) The appartment itself was very confortable, well equiped, views are spectacular. Appartment is in a very calm and quiet area. It is very close to Amalfi town, so it took just around 15 minutes to get there by car, which is very fast considering local roads:). Additionally appartment was really safe for children, which was a huge advantage for us, and has a free parking available close to it - this is gold worth in amalfi cost:). I would highly recommend this appartment to anyone considering vacation in Amalfi cost. Kind regards from our family for Paola and Sabatino! Justina

Cortesia e gentilezza

La casa è davvero un gioiellino con tutte le ceramiche di cui è tempestata! È situata in una zona non centrale, certo, ma questo gioca a vantaggio della tranquillità: è possibile infatti parcheggiare l'auto senza avere preoccupazioni di sorta (e chi è stato almeno una volta in costiera sa benissimo che trovare posto è una vera impresa!) e utilizzare i pullman (ne passa uno ogni ora praticamente). Si giunge a Conca dei Marini e ad Amalfi in pochi minuti. La vista dalla balconata è spettacolare, e il servizio è stato ottimo!

Einmalig schön

Es ist eine sehr saubere, große und schöne Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und Aussicht. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe und es ist sehr ruhig. Man braucht schon ein Auto um dorthin zu kommen. Nach Amalfi fährt man ungefähr 15 Minuten. Es gibt auch Busse die von Tovere nach Amalfi fahren wenn man das Auto stehen lassen will. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
