Outside, your private dock (accommodating boats up to 22 feet), two decks, and a patio set the scene for unforgettable days and nights with family and friends. Swim, boat, dine outdoors, or unwind sitting watching the sunsets over the lake.

Inside, the main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a bright, spacious dining and living area—perfect for group gatherings. Stream your favorite movies, cook together, and enjoy quality time around the long wooden dining table, ideal for meals, games, and laughter.

Management company was contact. Listed wood stove in description, its only for owner use. This was extremely disappointing as it was part of criteria to book. Very clean, lots of dishes, cookware was dirty, great pillows, good towels, beauty balconies and view

Lovely stay with family visiting from New Zealand. Highlights fire pit, views, loons comfortable beds easy access to towns with variety of food types for eating out. Only ambiguity was in amenities lthat said washer dryer but in brackets says private. !?Overall good value for money 8 people peaceful and met expectations.

What a gem! Fabulous location. The house was lovely with lots of cozy sitting areas inside and out on the patio. Please note: there are many stairs down to the house which presented a challenge for some in our group. That said, we all agreed it was well worth the effort! Would love to stay again next year.

Fabulous house and view

Great property and perfect for family stay. We used it as a base for ski races at Gunstock, only 10 minutes away. Fantastic waterfront property and views are outstanding. We would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is beautiful and the home was very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. We don't generally cook on our trips, but if that's your thing, the kitchen had a large selection of pots and pans, enough decent knives to prepare a meal, and lots of tableware. It was also conveniently located to things we wanted to see in the White Mountains as well as Portsmouth. Two things that would make this place perfect for visitors who aren't familiar with the property: A motion sensor or some other way get the light turned on at the top of the outdoor stairs when you return in the dark and have forgotten to leave the outdoor lights on; and, something to draw the eye to the little lip leading from the living area into the downstairs bathroom. We all caught our feet on it. Other than that, we found this house to be a fantastic place to call home base for our trip.

We loved this place! It was perfect! Fishing, paddle boarding, floating dock, fire pit & the view!…and the sunrises and sunsets were stunning 😍 we will be returning for sure ♥️

Great lake house

I have stayed at a lot of lake houses, and this one was one of the best. We had views of the sunrise and sunset it was a great location. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing deck overlooking the lake

Phenomenal location with fantastic dock, expansive multi-level outdoor area, and kitchen with ample cooking equipment. We had a great week and would recommend to anyone that loves spending time without the distractions of too-crowded coves, or noisy neighbors. Really amazing place to unwind, swim, kayak and boat.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat

We spent 4 days at this beautiful home on the lake. The house was immaculate and quietly situated in a cove. We swam, kayaked and read on the deck. This would be perfect for a large family vacation and we’ll be back with our kids for sure.

Beautiful, comfortable home on the lake w perfect amenities. It is even more stunning than the photos depict. Perfect location - great biking, kayaking, and hiked Mt Major which is close by. The guys caught huge small mouth bass too!

Lake lovely!

Thanks to this family who allowed us to get our “lake fix”. The home is family inclusive and well appointed. We were not for want of anything. Our family is 5 adults we all felt lake cozy. Again thanks to this family for allowing us to share their well loved home
