Peaceful Waters is a fully renovated handicap accessible home, thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The spacious, fully fenced yard is a safe haven for the little ones and includes a fenced-in heated pool, a 7-seater hot tub, and a kid's play area. Gather around the fire pit for S’mores, or enjoy outdoor cooked meals on the large deck complete with ample seating and BBQ grills. There is also a sand volleyball court and basketball court for the sports lovers!

The home is fully stocked with cozy beds, soft linens, and premium pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, from pots and pans to appliances and utensils, plus a coffee bar for coffee lovers! Featuring a 55" UHD TV on both levels, a Nintendo Wii, board games, poker supplies, and all the extras you will need for a great stay. We provide Pack-N-Plays and indoor and outdoor toys for families with little ones, and we welcome certain pets to join in the fun.

Peaceful Waters is not decorated or stocked like your typical vacation rental but is prepped as if you are staying at a friend's house. Your home away from home ~

Everything was great. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. I only thing I wish was the deck from inside could have been handicap accessible for my mom to enjoy watching everyone play outside or have dinner outside with us. She still had a blast and we were grateful to find the indoor handicap accessible as sometimes it’s hard to find for family vacations.

Excellent for large groups, including ours, which had 1-7 year olds. It really feels like it’s someone’s home, where they have thought out the details of amenities that would really help out large groups. Small things like having a ton of dishes, utensils, glasses so that we can eat dinner even though the lunch dishes are still running. The outdoor space is amazing: we swam and hot tubbed and built a fire every day. Even though we are in a residential neighborhood, it feels so private and quiet. And the manager Fawna is attentive and responsive.

We had a wonderful time. This place was made for family fun. The pool was the highlight and the sand volleyball court was a great addition. Our family of 14 had plenty of room. The kitchen and eating areas were so accommodating and communication from staff was prompt. I highly recommend!!!

Everything you want for a fun family vacation!

We splashed around in a heated pool. We relaxed in the jacuzzi. We had some competitive basketball and volleyball games. We enjoyed the spacious deck, and made smores in the fire pit. Everything we could want to do outdoors. Indoors is a little more basic. There are small maintenance details a little on the shoddier side, like a shower head that wouldn't work and a few issues trying to figure out the thermostats (2). But nothing egregious. Overall it was great time and we enjoyed ourselves.

Family Memories

We had our family of 15 between 5 and 65 and loved it. We never felt crowded and had room to come together. Playing cards and eating meals, swimming in the pool or gathering on the deck while grilling. We had volley ball games and the kids loved the swings, sand box and we used all the rafts and toys available.

Great place for family celebration.

Great property for 12 people for a weeklong graduation celebration. Location is great, and we loved the hot tub, black stone grill top, and volleyball/basket ball courts. Very friendly property management and amenities including welcoming snacks for people and pets as well as little things like plenty of soap and TP were appreciated. Close proximity to corner market which has everything you need. Some of the bedrooms are downstairs which was chilly - we made good use of the electric fireplace and space heaters, which come with the property.

Perfect mini vacation with multiple families

While this home is clearly a lot of fun during the summer, our group had a blast ringing in the new year at this home. Plenty of space for 9 adults and 7 kids. The spacious backyard was a hit and great space to burn off some energy with a game of volleyball or just running around and general shenanigans. The hot tub was lovely, plenty of towels for all and a well-appointed kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Guys golf trip

Family Getaway

We had a great time with our group of 10. Property accommodated all ages and abilities. We didn't miss being lakefront with our own pool that the kids and adults enjoyed. The property was very clean and well stocked. Our family prepared most meals there and there was plenty of room and kitchen tools. The home has been remodeled and the layout worked well for plenty of space to gather and to find privacy. We appreciated finding a place with wheelchair accessibility for our whole family to gather.

Great family vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed a week here with family ranging from 1 to 74! There was something for everyone to do and plenty of room for all. The home was clean and very well cared for and stocked with essentials. The pool was our favorite place to be. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Fawna. It was a great place for our family vacation!

Great Space for Our Group

Overall, great space everywhere for our group. It was kind of tough finding rentals that had more than one bathroom for whatever reason, so I figured I'd note it here. The rooms were large and the deck outside was perfect for our group of ten. Location was easy to get to and easy to get out to places in Grand Rapids.
