There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and open wardrobe, and another with a trundle bed (90x190) for two, ideal for both children and adults, with a closed wardrobe and workspace.



The open-plan kitchen lets you cook and socialize with your companions. It’s equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, capsule and traditional coffee makers, kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware. A welcome kit is included with oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, water, and kitchen paper.



The living/dining room offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the Peñón de Ifach. It features a table with 4 chairs, Smart TV, sofa, and armchair. Relax here while listening to the waves.



The front balcony has a table with folding chairs, a pallet sofa, and a workspace. On the rear balcony you’ll find a washing machine, drying rack, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, small fridge, laundry tablets, and softener.



The bathroom has a modern shower, washbasin, extractor, and essentials like toilet paper, mat, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels for each guest.



For stays up to 10 days, holiday rental is offered. For longer stays, seasonal rental applies according to current regulations, with a contract.
