"Beautiful area behind this motel with a park (beach), mini golf, and ice cream. The hotel room just needed some paint, replacement of cheap bathroom door that is peeling and a corner of the ceiling needed scrubbing/painting. I'm sure it's all okay for pheasant hunters as is!
