This is a beautiful duplex apartment. It features one double room and two living room areas. One of them characterized by a stunning Golf area view and lakes, dining room area and balcony access. The other living room features a double bed, a sofa and office area.

The apartment also features one bathroom, full equipped kitchen and a wide balcony composed by garden equipment and bbq area. You'll breathe summer all year.

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Golfplatz, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man sehr entspannt mit Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem ausreichend guten Bett für zwei Personen. Auf der oberen Ebene, welche über eine Treppe (Galerie) zu erreichen ist steht ein weiteres Bett. Dieses ist leider für zwei Personen zu klein. Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und freundlich.

Peaceful and beautiful area just outside Lisbon

Location is fantastic, close to a beach in a safe neighbourhood. Also feels remote and peaceful but is less than 30 minutes from Lisbon city centre. Wifi connection was very good. Overall very happy with the stay. No place is perfect, but combined with the price I don't think you can do better.

Overall a nice Apartment - We had a good stay!

Hey there! We were for 6 days at Guilherme's apartment in Almada. Overall it was nice & clean and our stay was good 👍 Guilherme is a nice host & he was always responsive per WA-Chat. Bathroom was clean and big. The Kitchen was nice too & equipped with almost everything one can find in their own (home) kitchen👍 But there were some things which we didn't like at all: (1.) The futon bed in the main/master room was very uncomfortable and made sounds while turning the sides. It was also very low and the corners of the bed always came in our way and hurt us on the legs/foot, as the bed's color and the floor color were almost the same and as the bed's frame was way much bigger than the mattress - the frame as mentioned always came in our way and hurt us badly 2-3 times, till we placed a cushion there :-( (2.) The cooking pans in the kitchen were not clean and we had to wash/clean them before using them :-( The location was okay, there were discounter markets like Aldi and Lidl within 2-3 kms and also a few restaurants right in the premises (although we never ate there) ☺️ Overall it was a nice stay (other than the bad bed) and that's why we give it (unfortunately) a 4-star! We would've given it a full 5-star if the bed was comfortable. Many thanks, Family Gurnani.

Super Appartement!

Wir waren drei Männer und haben eine Woche im Appartement verbracht. Wir sind zufrieden! - Der Vermieter Guilherme war stets über die Chat-Funktion von FeWo auf englisch erreichbar und sehr höflich. - Der Strand ist sehr groß und mit dem Auto in 5min. zu erreichen! - Die Wohngegend ist sehr wohlhabend und lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5min. zu erreichen. - Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und die Küchenausstattung, das Bad und der Aufenthaltsraum sind einwandfrei, geräumig und sauber. - Einziges Manko: Der „Pool“ ist *nicht* mit einbegriffen! Es ist ein kostenloses Schwimmbad, wo Erwachsene pro Tag 15€ bezahlen. Das war etwas schade, da wir von den Bildern und der Beschreibung anderes erwartet haben… Fazit: Wir würden wiederkommen! :)

Estou super satisfeita com a estadia, limpo, acolhedor em local super calmo, relaxante! Sinceramente foi super e o proprietário também foi super atencioso e prestavel. Passa-se bons momentos em família e penso voltar novamente 😊

Innokkaina golfareina tunsimme paikan ja majoituimme kolmatta kertaa tähän huoneistoon. Pieniä puutteita, mutta kokonaisuus toimii, jos pitää omatoimisesta lomailusta muussa kuin resort- tai hotelliympäristössä.

Mooie uitzicht, maar weinig comfort

Het appartement is niet echt schoon, oven, barbecue heel vies, bad was overal kalkaanslag, weinig materiaal in de keuken, bijv geen snijplank, geen schaar .... Zwembad is een km lopen, je had moeten betalen, maar ja het was de hele augustus gesloten. Dus de advertentie klopt niet.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was ideal for me and my wife as it was just what we were after, in that it was away from the hustle and bustle and we could sit on the balcony and enjoy a quiet drink and look out over the grass and trees (golf course). The apartment was very clean and a great size with everything that we needed in it. There is also a restaurant and supermarket on the golf resort. The restaurant was pretty good (expensive) but didn't use the shop as there is an Aldi 1/2 a mile away that does great cheap pastrys, and has an orange juice squeezing machine that made the nicest OJ ever, as well as the usual cheap Aldi groceries. The only issues we had with the apartment was the shower, although hot and powerful, there was no holder. You had to hold the shower. The other issue was mainly with the description. One of my must haves was a pool, as I enjoy a dip. The advert states that there is a communal pool which I was happy with. On contacting the owner he said the cost was about 8.5 euros to use, which was not great but ok. When we got to the apartment we found the pool was about a mile away and was actually 15 euros per adult and 12 euros for kids during high season, I only wanted to go for a cooling dip and was not willing to pay 15 euros for this. If we had been there with our kids it would have cost 54 euros to use the pool, which for a pretty standard pool is very expensive. If the pool is not an issue then this apartment is great.

Prachtig ruim appartement

Groot appartement met 2 verdiepingen... ruime kamers, badkamer, terras en keuken ... heel proper en verzorgd... Hartelijk onthaald door de eigenaars ... waarvoor dank 🙂
