"Parking was easy and electric car chargers also available at a cost although slow. Still a great amenity to have."

"We had to evacuate my city so we decided to make a spontaneous road trip up north out of it. First stop I found a cheap hotel in solvang. I was shocked because it's a tourist town so I expected it to be expensive. For such a good deal we got a lovely sized room! The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and some games for kids to play. Our room was super clean and in great shape. I will try to book here again on our way back south!"

"Self check in means you have to upload a new credit card & pay $50 in deposit as well as upload an ID - per room - on site in their parking lot with terrible wifi. So youll end up driving to get wifi to complete this terrible experience. Per room - they cant just apply your information to all rooms you prepaid for. An hour 1/2 later youll get in your room. "

"You can hear traffic on freeway , windows need better sound muffling, you can do this by turning on the ac. Next time I'll request a top.floor, you can hear the people walking on top ."

"The inn at Zaca Creek was special. We booked room 6 to stay and visit nearby Solvang with our college-age kids. The inn has all of the modern luxury amenities you want but delivered with the feel of a rustic, ancient roadhouse. The beds were plush and the bathroom was awesome. We loved the rain shower and waking up to espresso coffee in the room. The Tavern was also special. "Everything was great but TV in room did not work however staff really great about trying to accommodate would stay there again "

"Front Desk forget to issue the room keys so we had to go back, she stated she was very busy had a lot going on. The Clock Bell Tower went off 24 times at 11:15pm be warned (woke us up it was so overwhelming loud) this is unacceptable why is it set to go off at that time and 24 times in a row?? We have stayed here several times in the past and never have we heard the bell tower at night. Customer with dog next room over also barking late at night , hopefully they can figure this out :("

"Large spacious room that was very clean. Sliding door that led to the pool and hot tub. Hot tub and pool were both well maintained at a comfortable temperature for their intended use and spotlessly clean. Excellent staff who provided help and information. Property is located at the far west end of Mission with easy access and abundant parking"
