"Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance "

"The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was hot. They upgraded us to a city view room and the staff is extremely friendly! The pool is heated but not really, so, it was cold. They also only have valet parking which is another $30. The location is also good for downtown. "

"The room was very clean. We did find that the TV remote in room 310 batteries are almost dead and need replacing. There was a light out in the bathroom and the shower pull plunger on the bathtub came out when we started the shower one time. We were able to get it back in but it should be fastened correctly. "

"The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. The shuttle service from the airport was nice and the shuttle driver Mr. Robert was amazing. The hot water in our room didn’t work the first night we were there and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. They also ran out of cookies which is...
