Apartment sleeps 6 at Foux d'Allos (The Verdon Bridge - The Cormier)
with corner cabin and space mountain and a loggia equipped with a retractable bed, 30m2, on the 4th floor with lift exposed East, private parking at the residence with badge and ski locker.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is composed as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge freezer, dishwasher, 2 vitroceramic hotplates, oven, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine,...)

- living room with dining table, sofa bed Bz, dresser, TV, DVD player, plenty of storage...

- Loggia convertible into a bedroom separated by curtains
1 fireside chair, 1 bench, 1 coffee table and foldaway double bed

- Cabin room with 2 bunk beds 1 pers each with duvet
- Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 1 pers each with duvet, separated by door
- Bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and drying rack

SITUATION heart station, all shops and amenities are 50m: mini markets, bakery, restaurants, equipment rental, crates and lifts, Tourist Office, skating rink, kindergarten ...

NON-SMOKING apartment and pets NOT ALLOWED

Terms of rental:
For booking a rental contract will be established, 50% deposit and the balance 15 days before entry into the rental.
On your arrival an inventory will be made at the handing over of the keys and you will be asked 1 check of deposit + 1 check for the household not collected which will be returned to you during the inventory of places of exit.

Au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à la foux d’Allos au pied des pistes de ski et proche du centre avec toutes les commodité. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et au calme. L’accès au parking privatif et au casier à ski est appréciable.

vacances d'hiver

Appartement sympa et bien situé au cœur de la station et du départ des pistes de ski. Mais bon comme dans les locations d'hivers toujours un peu petit pour six , on était trois c'était nickel.

logement très propre parking privé qui facilite pour se garer on peut tout faire à pied le grand plus la vaisselle qui nous fait gagner du temps la TV fonctionne très bien immeuble très silencieux je recommande FORTEMENT !

Malgré une propriétaire agréable et disponible par téléphone, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de désagréments Propreté très moyenne, wc cassé, 1 chauffage sur 4 fonctionne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus , et le casier à skis difficilement fermable ...et qui de toute façon a été occupé par d autres habitants de l immeuble. De toutes évidences, l état des lieux précédent n a pas été fait. Nous n en n avons pas eu non plus d ailleurs non concluant malgré la bonne volonté évidente de la propriétaire et la situation du logement qui reste très bien car centrale

Petit appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cet appartement situé au centre de la station, près des accès aux pistes et des commerces. Aire de stationnement pour plusieurs voitures possibles. Une remarque : 6 couchages mais 4 adultes max.
