There was a concert in a banquet room under us, at 845am they began testing music extremely loudly and saying testing for 1 hour, so loud it was as if they were in our room we were trying to sleep in and that ended that fast. "The first room we were shown on the main floor had holes in the walls, dirty sheets, etc. Basically it was disgusting. We asked for a different room and we were shown one on the 2nd floor which was much cleaner. However, there was still full garbages outside and people smoking."

"We never stayed. We asked for a non smoking room. It was not, lighting poor. Bathroom causing was peeling in the shower area, dirty around the light switches. Sheets appeared not to be changed, we never stayed. They did refund our room cost."

I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. Carpet is discussing along with everything else. Coffee machine has food caked on it looked like for years . Everything was dusty and gross. Staff not so nice either and did nothing about the dirty room. Stay away if you want to feel comfortable. I understand it is a cheaper option but I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Stayed in cheaper hotels with much better quality of cleanliness and staff. "

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. "
