Long term rental of a month or more an additional 30% discount to encourage long term stays. Getaway from southern summers, temporary employment, visit family and friends. Nature lovers delight. Family friendly setting with many hiking trails in sunlit fields to deep shaded woods. Enjoy a vigorous walk to top of rolling hills for a spectacular view or a shaded walk on the dirt road and listen to the birds, watch deer, and other wildlife. Adjacent pond to fish and laze away the day. Home is fully furnished with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Totally renovated home on the interior and exterior with 2 new porches. Fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, microwave, toaster oven, outdoor Webber grill. Large screened in porch behind house with hammocks, dinning table, chairs, lounges, lighting for all times of day or evening enjoyment. Ten minute drive to Olean with shopping and restaurants , 20 minute to Ellicottville for skiing, zip lines, golfing, restaurants, nightlife. Allegany State Forest, Pfeiffer Nature Center, Onoville Marina, Rock City Park some of the local attractions 2hr drive to Niagara Falls. Come and enjoy the peace, quiet and Mother Nature. Absolutely Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with David and this property. The entire house was pristine and had everything you could possibly need. We spent a little over a week there for Thanksgiving and could not have picked a better place. This will be our go to when we come in to visit family from now on.

Peaceful

It’s a very nice and well takin care of place. Very clean and stocked with some supplies. Unfortunately my trip was cut short so I really didn’t have a lot of time to check the trails out. I would highly recommend staying if you enjoy the wilderness. David the host is very accommodating and responsive.

This stay was wonderful for many reasons. the house was spacious enough that we could be more comfortable with our brother and sisterinlaw and their adult daughter. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need in a beautiful private setting. And the house is just minutes away from the family farm!

Sooo lovely

My partner,17 year old son, and I stayed at David’s place for two months over the summer. We had a lovely time. David is a fantastic host. He was always responsive if we had questions or concerns. The house is thoughtfully and well appointed. The grounds are gorgeous! Wild life surprises delighted me regularly.The town over, Orleans,has everything you may need,restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is also a movie theater in Olean. Thirty minutes away is Ellicottville with restaurants, cute shops,and breweries. There are other activities nearby as well and Hindsdale is only a half hour from Niagara Falls. We had a great time exploring the area and then returning to the peaceful abode. Thank you David and thank you Chad for keeping the landscaping so beautiful. We will be back.

Beautiful Views

My husband, I, and our 2 boys stayed here. The home had everything we needed and the property was absolutely beautiful! We had amazing views of the hills and enjoyed nature walks. Even had a few deer walking nearby. We made s’mores one night at the fire pit and our kids got to see fireflies for the first time! David was a great host and responded quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely be back.
