"This family run hotel was charming and beautifully appointed. Our host Antonio, and his family, was always available to assist us in making sure we had a great experience while in Gjirokaster. My only issue was that the WiFi was not reliable, which made it difficult to access information during our stay. "

"Hab 102 junto a recepcion : se oia TODO. Ademas las ventanas daban a un bar q tenia la musica muy alta hasta las 12pm. Baño DIMINUTO. La tercera cama sin hacer . 2 perchas para tres personas dos noches . Desayuno BASICO . El segundo desayuno fue para dos personas en lugar de tres por que no se enteraban . El acceso en coche muy muy dificil por la pendiente q hay y las piedras de la calzada.
Lo único bueno es q se trata de una casa antigua restaurada. El personal q habla ingles es amable "

"My family and I booked three rooms at Furra and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were recently renovated and are very clean. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Furra if you're visiting Gjirokaster!
The street can get loud at night but if you're there to vacation and enjoy festivities, you'll be in the crowd anyway. "

"Very tasteful decor, place is newly renovated. Owner upgraded me for free. It’s right in the busiest part of the town if that’s your thing. Entrance through the restaurant downstairs but check in was very smooth. Very happy with my stay. "

"Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely.
Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus...

"Claimed not to have our booking for two rooms for two nights - not sure if them or hotels.com. Offered us one room for the three of us - not ideal, I’m convinced they did have other spare rooms. The location is ok. It wasn’t particularly clean and the Wi-Fi only worked occasionally. Not impressed. "

"Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Die Rezeption war nur notdürftig besetzt. Parkplatz war in einer neuen Tiefgarage, die noch nicht fertiggestellt war. Die Anfahrt war schwierig. Man musste über eine Baustelle zum Eingang gehen, eine Hilfe zum Transport der Koffer wurde nicht angeboten.
