"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"Highly recommend this property. We definitely will return when we travel back to PR. Mildred, the property caretaker, was so friendly and took care of us like family. She made us feel right at home. The pool was extremely clean. 5 stars! "

"The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon."

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"Every thing I needed"

"I don't mind the planes leaving or arriving at odd times of morning or night, but construction noises at 6:30AM just a wall away, that was a tad annoying. That, and the occasional trickle of water on the shower, were the only annoyances. Everything else was as in the listing. Basic place to crash. Cold a/c, clean sheets and towels, off-street parking in quiet neighborhood...just right for our stay."

"The condo was clean and located in a well-maintained complex. The property grounds were tidy, and there was always someone at the gate, which made us feel secure. "Our plan was to explore more of the surrounding area. We didn't do much of that because we loved the place so much. I have never returned from a vacation so relaxed. The breezes through the beautiful place, on the balcony, and on the roof were just heavenly."

"Great stay - place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Hammad was very helpful and responsive. The biggest plus is how close it is to the boardwalk. You pretty much walk outside and you’re there. Huge win with multiple kids. Would definitely stay again!"
