"We were a bit disappointed. We were stuck in a basement room. The hotel was not what we remembered. We went there to relive our 1st Valentine’s say, which was 28 years ago. It was a bit shabby. The Marriott chain purchased it, so we expected it to be even more special, than it was 28 years ago. There was no mention, when we checked in that the front door of the hotel, would be locked at night. We rang the bell, but received no answer. We finally realized we had to use our key card to get in....

"Hotel is nice and in a great location. Staff is not considerate of activities in the area. I checked in and was warned the water would be off from 2-5AM. I said thats fine Id be sleeping. Turns out the work was being done right next to my room…. I had to ask to be moved. One would think they’d be more considerate with placement of guests to work being done. Be advised if you stay there to think ahead fir yourself. "

As always the location at the King Street metro could not be any more convenient for access to the DC region. This property will be in my stable of options "

"We had a wonderful time at the AC National Harbor Hotel. Ms. Beverly was very sweet and kind while checking us in. I traveled with students and the hotel is at an excellent location, very clean, and we felt welcomed. They also offer a coffee stand during the day m, which is very convenient. Their lobby area is beautiful and perfect to work with reliable internet. Lastly, the lady at the breakfast buffet was also very friendly. I recommend it 100%! "
