"Great overnight stop if you have an early flight out of Luton. Even a bus stop £1.90 right outside to take you to the airport terminal from door. Reception even has a digital display of when the next bus is so you could stay in the warm and walk outside with 1 minute before it picks up Otherwise it would be a short 15 minute walk"

"Stayed overnight prior to an early morning flight. Conveniently located next to the station for both mainline trains and the DART. Very simple transfer in the morning. As a solo female I felt very safe both staying at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Front desk team were awesome. They arranged a wake up call and a packed breakfast that I was able to take with me as I left before breakfast. Room was a great size and clean, bed was comfortable and the corridors were quiet. "The stay was great. To say it was old is an understatement, 700 years is the oldest I've ever stayed in and the condition the owners have maintained is brilliant. If you're looking for a historical twee experience, go for this. The cost of the hotel and meals is inexpensive and good quality, the breakfast basic continental but Ok. We loved it."
