"We had a lovely stay at this Inn. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was great. All the staff we came across were friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing (Full English) with really fresh quality produce in a wonderful setting."

"The place was nice and staff were friendly. Clean beds, looks like the pictures. However, the hotel area is about 10-15 mins walk to the airport with no bus/shuttle bus. Includes air condition. No fridge/ microwave. No amenities in the hotel or around it. It’s good for short term stays. I would def recommend for early flights it’s a good option "

"Only spent one night here, very comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Shopping mall opposite and places to eat nearby, breakfast was also good "

"We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. We parked outside the pub & were greeted by the friendly team who showed us the room which had water left out & tea/coffee making facilities. It's everything you would expect from a 14th century inn. "Close to motorway but tucked away from any noise. Large car park, large pub and lots of amenities on your doorstep. Limited Internet was my only problem but it may have been due to the storm."

"Went to visit daughter and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn. Car parking was straight forward as was checking in. The room was comfortable and we had an early morning swim. Breakfast had a variety of options which suited us. The cooked breakfast was cold but wasn't hot. All staff around the hotel were very polite and helpful. Generally, pleasantly surprised that everything was as good as it could be. Would I stay there again: Yes."

"Absolutely lovely hotel and spa. I will definitely be returning."

"easy access, lovely spacious room, good central location & ample secure parking. Only grumble was that we left windows open and there was a lot of traffic noise in the morning - should have used the fan (provided) instead, so our mistake. Plus, some of the UHT milks and decaf coffee sachets provided were out of date. Overall however, would definitely stay there again"

"This is a lovely historic hotel and we enjoyed our stay apart from one thing (but this was promptly rectified) : initially we had a front bedroom facing the road which was busy and noisy all through the night. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a rear bedroom which was wonderfully spacious and with much better facilities. The staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient, the hotel was fascinating and well-kept, and we would certainly stay there again."
