"Cold water shower first morning. There was hot water later that day and the next morning. Another traveller with me got double billed. It was worked out but did delay her day by about 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but fine. Microwave and fridge in my room both worked fine. "

"There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability.
