"Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this incredible property with amazing sea views. It is so well equipped with beautiful furnishings. There is everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The resort is beautiful with a choice of lovely restaurants. A visit to the nearby medieval town of Óbidos is a must, it is very beautiful. The host, Emil, was so helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We will 100% be booking here again. Highly recommended. "

"We (2 adults, 2 kids who are 9 and 11) stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved it, the place was clean and cool and really spacious, the pool was fantastic and the kids could play pool or table tennis if they got bored of that. "The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. "Casa com localização agradável, mas a precisar de alguma manutenção. Anunciados 8 quartos com 7 WC, mas só estavam disponíveis 6 quartos e 4 WC. Nos quartos os roupeiros estão cheios de coisas dos proprietários e na cozinha muita da louça nos armários estava mal lavada para poder ser usada. Piscina e espaço exterior agradável, não fosse o cheiro a esgoto que se vai sentido naquela zona, provavelmente proveniente de uma fossa ou de uma caixa mal vedada. "
