"This place is an ideal stay to experience San Francisco. We had a family of 4 with a toddler, and we found it very close to everything we wanted to see. We went over to Fishermans wharf, we walked down to union square, we got on the trolley so the car was rarely needed other than our trip to Muir Woods and the Giants game. The valet team was very quick with service. My only minor complaint was "city view" just ended up being a view of the building next to us so don't go expecting an amazing view...

"Clean room, air conditioner worked, good neighborhood with food & coffee options. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Only annoying part was the light in the bathroom was on a sensor so when you showered it would turn off so you would have to wave back on. Honestly would rebook and return though!! It was a really good stay! "

"Overall good for what you pay for. The shared rooms are nothing special. They really have no character or charm to them at all and the view out our window was just a wall of the adjacent building so we also didn’t get natural light in. But for only like $27/night I won’t complain. I do love that they have a patio space with plenty of seating and decent WiFi. It’s too bad they didn’t have it on the roof instead, that would have made for much better views of the surrounding neighborhood and maybe...

"Looks like an older hotel from the outside yet the rooms clearly were given a renovation and we're clean and modern. Good hotel for a budget."

"Our room was lovely and recently renovated on the 5th floor. The staff and manager were so welcoming and we enjoyed the hot tub many times. Security and valet were also great. The room we were in was definitely not sound proof and we could hear guest in the room next to us and in the hall. Everything smelled very new and there was construction going on in other parts of the hotel but we were mostly unbothered. Would definitely stay here again."

"So overall this is a good place to stay if you're just looking for a bed. But I do think it's in need of an update overall. The carpet smelled dingy, the tv had no remote, the showerhead was full of calcium, and the stairway area smelled like pee. But the area was quiet and my neighbors did not make noise. It could use brighter lights and better furniture as well. Overall I don't regret staying here but the staff could make changes that can make the stay so much better"

"For the price, the location is perfect. Parking fee is more than reasonable compared to other hotels. The garage is private but a little tricky to drive. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch to save a few bucks on breakfast."
