"The staff upstairs on the roof were extremely rude. I have never experienced this before especially as a paid patron. The young ladies who are taking orders are using the upstairs as a fake runway like it’s Americas next top model. They need to focus on their hospitality and manners, not their runway walk."

"The room was clean with AC, washrooms were fine/good—what you would expect in a hostel. Perfect for not too long a stay in NYC! Great location, 10 minutes from the subway. Provided robes, towels, and facecloths. It is spring mattresses, so be aware of that if it matters a lot to you, but a great stay! I would recommend to anyone going to NYC."

"**★★★★★**
Laura, Kay and Martin made this stay. They gave me a late checkout without hesitation, helped me get my huge bags out to my rideshare, and greeted me with a smile every single time I walked past the desk. Everyone on the team seemed genuinely happy to be there and was so accommodating. That kind of things that makes a hotel feel like home. Thank you all, I'll absolutely be back!"

"The room was nice, much smaller than expected. We fit 4 people in the double bed room, very tight squeeze but doable for our stay. We stayed Wed, Thu, Fri night. Wed & Thu nights were both quiet and nice but Friday night we did not sleep as the sounds from the street were so very loud you couldn’t sleep at all. (we were on the 7th floor) Between the 4 of us we got maybe 3 hours of sleep combined Friday nights, so keep in mind if planning to stay here over a weekend, although i know it is likely...

"Beware of Check In Policy: I arrived after stated check in and was told I would have to wait for an hour for my room. I was then patronised by the receptionist about what they mean when they say check in is “3pm onward,” meaning anytime between 3pm and midnight, though she said “they would never do that.” I was traveling with a dog who started barking in the lobby as we sat down to wait and magically after a few minutes of barking my room was ready. However, they did not offer any of the pet...

"This hotel was nothing like it was advertised online not only was it inconvenient. I didn’t have a clear understanding that this was complete self check-in and I got locked out of my room several of times and had to acquire my ID. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone and it was very inconvenient the whole day and I was only there one night."
