"The staff at this hotel is what made this place great. Front desk check in was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in the morning went out of their way to say good morning. The breakfast was basic, but the lady prepping it was also super nice and making sure the place looked clean and inviting. "

"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."

"Terrible odor in my room, and there was a window taped up with black tape that was jammed open and looked terrible while also letting in cold air.
After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving.
Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant."
