Our expertly decorated home great family home in a charming neighborhood. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This tri-level home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for six. There are four private bedrooms with four queen. The master suite is located upstairs (ten steps) and has a connected full bathroom with jetted tub and shower combination. Two other bedrooms and one main bathroom with a tub/shower combination are also located upstairs. The mid level, which is also the entry level, features the living room, dinning room area and a one car garage that can fit an extended or long bed vehicle. The lower level has the laundry room with washer and dryer, one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, and a combination den with office area. Both living spaces (living room and den) offer a 55" smart television. Additionally there is plenty of closet space with extra bedding, sheets, and towels. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance, on-street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination as well as a one car garage. We also have a completely landscaped backyard area with a covered patio and bbq grill for your use.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Additionally there is a Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Neighborhood Walmart, all within a five minute drive.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Truvi - Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
